SOLO OR GROUP REGISTRATION

For Solo Registration:

• See the fees in the part “Standard registration fees” here below and fill in the online registration form.

For Group Registration:

• -10% from 2 to 5 participants on the standard conference fees (excluding the conference dinner) - Non applicable with Partners special reduction
• -20% from 6 to 10 participants on the standard conference fees (excluding the conference dinner) - Non applicable with Partners special reduction.
  

To benefit from these group rates, you have to send a request to contact@csdm-asia.net by precising your Organization / Contact / Address and the name / surname/ job title / e-mail of the participants with the product(s) you want to buy for each of them. CSD&M Asia staff will then come back to you with a proposal.

SOLO REGISTRATION - STANDARD REGISTRATION FEES

You can register to the conference either on a 3-day format or on a 1-day format (choose the day you want to attend). See the whole program.

3-DAY REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees include the 3-day access to the conference, the lunches, the coffee breaks, the conference cocktail as well as a copy of the conference proceedings. The tutorial on Friday and the conference dinner are not included in the fees.

• Student: 450 SGD
• Speakers / Authors: 650 SGD
• Academic / government agencies: 750 SGD
• Industrial: 850 SGD

Normal Registration fees from the October 1st, 2014 (the price does not include extra services)

1-DAY REGISRATION FEES

Registration fees include a 1-day access to the conference presentations and parallel sessions, the lunch, the coffee breaks, a copy of the conference proceedings and the participation to special events depending of the chosen day (cocktail, poster session, farewell ceremony, etc.). The tutorial on Friday and the conference dinner are not included in the fees.

• Students: 250 SGD
• Speakers / Authors: 350 SGD
• Academic / governement agencies: 450 SGD
• Industrial: 550 SGD

EXTRA-CONFERENCE SERVICES

The tutorial on Friday and the conference dinner are not included in the standard registration fees. If you wish to attend one of these events, you have to take them as option.

Tutorial: one tutorial will be held on Friday the December 12th, from 10:30 to 17:30. The lunch is included in the tutorial fees. More details on this tutorial.

Conference dinner: Thursday the December 12, 2014 - 19:30-22:30

The Conference Dinner will take place on a prestigious place where keynote speakers, attendees and organizers of the conference CSD&M will get together for a nice meal and exchange. The places for this social event are limited so its registration is therefore in FIFO mode: first in, first out!. (The CSD&M team reserves the right to stop or cancel registration in case of unavailability). More details on this event are coming soon.

• Conference Dinner: 100 SGD / pers

REGISTER TO THE CONFERENCE

Your registration will be validated once the registration fees paid. Two payment possibilities are proposed here below:

• Either by credit card directly online (an invoice will then be automatically emitted and emailed to you)
• or by purchase order (a financial proposal will then be emitted and emailed to you); your registration will be validated once we receive at contact@csdm-asia.fr a formal order form or financial proposal signed & /or tamponed by your organization)

CESAMES Association is a training program provider accredited by the French Government under the number 11 75 45709 75. Thus, your registration to CSD&M Asia conference, presentations and tutorials can be allocated to the formation training budget of your Organization.

Conference fees management Conference fees will be managed by the non-profit association CESAMES - 8, rue de Hanovre - 75002 Paris – France which is in charge of the logistical coordination of the CSD&M Asia 2014 conference.
